To start the process we first understand the client’s requirements and get their approved brand names and formulas followed by all the documents that are required to begin the third-party manufacturing. Upon agreement and verification, proper documentation is drafted and the process of manufacturing begins.
The entire process can be broken down into four phases which begins with formulation approval from the DRUG department which takes up to 7 days. The Procurement of Printed Packing material like foils, cartons, labels are completed between 10 to 20 days followed by the production time of up to 15 days. Post that the drug should be with the brand within a week. For repeat orders, this time can be reduced to 30 days.
